Requirements:

  • 3 or 4-Year Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on technical experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking components within an enterprise corporate environment.
  • Direct production expertise configuring and administering Microsoft Intune policies, configuration profiles, application packaging, and zero-touch deployment via Windows Autopilot.
  • Hands-on operational mastery of ManageEngine Desktop Central to automate security patch management, asset tracking, and corporate software distribution.
  • Expert-level understanding of Windows 10/11 internals (Control Panel, Device Manager, registry adjustments) and full Microsoft Office 365 support (including granular Outlook troubleshooting covering OST/PST replication, email profiles, and archiving).
  • Reliable familiarity navigating Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-premise Active Directory for group policies, password resets, and user property definitions, alongside basic interaction with endpoint security agents like CrowdStrike.
  • Proven capacity to locally and remotely diagnose network stack friction involving IP routing, DHCP reservations, DNS resolution, corporate VPN clients (Cisco AnyConnect), and hardware NICs.
  • Experience utilizing ServiceNow for monitoring, updating, and closing support tickets under strict SLA guidelines, while writing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Industry-standard certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator credentials, or ITIL v4 frameworks.
